Refund and Cancellation
Refund Policy:
- • Medy is an Online Healthcare Platform that connects with the labs which provide services and if the services are not delivered properly for which the customer has paid, then the vendor would be liable for making the refund.
- • If Vendor denies refund, Medy will also put forward the customer’s request to vendor for the refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- • If any order is cancelled before the day of service, complete refund will be made.
- • If the order is cancelled on the day of service, then 50% of the cost will be refunded.
- • If order has been cancelled within 2 hours of the service, there will be no refund.
